Self-serve fixes for the most common technical and account issues. Work through this page before contacting support.

I did not receive my email verification code.

Check your spam or junk folder first — this resolves the issue in most cases. If the email is not there, wait 60 seconds and request a new code. If you entered the wrong email address, use the "Change" link next to your email on the verification screen to correct it. No support needed.

I did not receive my SMS verification code.

Confirm you entered a mobile phone number (not a landline). Wait up to 60 seconds. If you entered the wrong number, use the "Change" link next to your number to correct it. Request a new code if needed.

The registration page is not loading.

Try refreshing the page. Clear your browser cache and reload. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari). Disable any active VPN you may have running.

I can't log in to my account.

If you registered with email + password: use the "Forgot password" option on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email — check your spam folder if it does not arrive. If you registered with Google Sign-In: log in with the same Google account you used to register.

How do I change my registered email address?

Your login email cannot be changed from Account Settings right now — that screen only lets you change your password. To update your email, contact support through the contact page.

How do I change my password?

Go to Account Settings. This option is available for accounts registered with email + password. If you registered with Google Sign-In, your password is managed through your Google account.

How do I delete my account?

Contact support to request account deletion. Note that deleting your account permanently removes your profile, reviews, and all associated data — this cannot be undone.

My profile photo or portfolio image will not upload.

Try a standard image format like JPG or PNG, and a smaller file if it is very large — compressing the image often helps. If it still will not upload, try a different browser, then contact support if the problem persists.

Something on my profile is displaying incorrectly.

Clear your browser cache and reload the page. If the issue persists across different browsers, contact support with a description of the problem and a screenshot.

I found a bug or want to report a platform issue.

Contact support and describe the issue as specifically as possible: what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot is very helpful.
