Most buyers start by typing what they need into the search on the home page (e.g. “I need a wedding planner”). Vendoralia matches that to a category and skills and shows the sellers who fit. Buyers then narrow the results with filters:
- Category — the type of service
- Skills — specific expertise within it
- Price range — their budget
- Star rating — the minimum they will accept
You show up when your profile matches what they are looking for — so your category and skills decide whether you appear at all. Choose them carefully.
What Buyers See on Your Profile
Buyers see your whole profile: photo and name, service title and description, skills and pricing, portfolio and cover photos, experience, certifications and education, availability, FAQs, social links, reviews and rating, and your “Works With” connections.
The three that win or lose trust fastest are your portfolio, your reviews, and a clear service description — put your energy there first.
How Clients Reach You
When a buyer wants to work with you, they tap the contact buttons on your profile to reach you by WhatsApp, phone, or email — using the details you entered. From there you handle the conversation, the quote, scheduling, and payment directly with the client.
Vendoralia helps clients find you; it does not host messaging, process client payments, or take any commission on your work. Keep your phone, WhatsApp, and email accurate and reply quickly — a missed message is a missed client.

A completed profile without an active subscription is invisible to buyers. Subscribing is what turns your profile on.
