Use this checklist to audit your profile at any time. Run it at launch, then monthly while you are actively building your presence.

Identity & Basics

Profile photo is a professional headshot — clear face, clean background, good lighting
Display name is my real name or professional brand name
Phone number is verified (SMS confirmed during registration)
My profile city is Tijuana

Service Information

My service title is specific — not "Cleaner" but "Deep-Cleaning Specialist for Homes & Offices"
My category is the one I most want to be hired for
My description explains what I do, who I help, and what makes me different (3+ sentences)
My description is written for the buyer, not about me

Skills

I have selected skills that buyers in my category actually search for
All selected skills are ones I can deliver on confidently
I have not selected skills outside my specialty just to appear in more searches

Work Experience

At least one past role or project is listed
Each entry describes what I accomplished, not just my title
Experience listed is relevant to my current service

Certifications & Education

Relevant certifications are listed (or I have confirmed this step does not apply to my field)
Education is listed if it strengthens my credibility (or intentionally skipped if it does not)

Social Links

At least one professional social profile is linked
All linked accounts are active, public, and professional
Every link works when clicked

Availability

My availability reflects my actual working schedule — not "always available"
My listed availability matches how quickly I actually respond to new inquiries

Portfolio

At least 3 portfolio items are added
Every item has a title and a description
All portfolio images are high resolution and represent my best work
Portfolio items match the service I am offering

Cover Photos

At least one cover photo is added
My cover photo is not a stock photo
Cover photos visually represent my specialty or professional brand

FAQs

At least 5 FAQs are written
FAQs answer real buyer concerns, not generic questions
Each FAQ answer is 2–4 sentences — specific and confident

Pricing

I have chosen the right pricing model for my service type
Every package has a name, price (or "Quote"), delivery time, and feature list
Features are specific — not "various services" but actual deliverables
My pricing is competitive for my category in Tijuana

Going Live

My subscription is active
I have viewed my public profile as a buyer would see it
I have identified and fixed any gaps spotted during that review

Ongoing (After Launch)

I have asked at least one client for a review
I have at least one team connection
I review and update my profile at least once per month

Highest-Impact Fixes (in priority order)

1 Profile photo — if it is missing or unprofessional

2 Portfolio — if it has fewer than 3 items or poor-quality images

3 Service description — if it is written about you rather than for the buyer

4 Pricing — if packages lack names, prices, or feature lists

5 FAQs — if fewer than 5 are written or they are generic

Best Practice

The checklist is a living document — a profile that passes today may need updates in three months. Monthly check-ins take less than 10 minutes.
