Verifying Your Email & Phone
Verification confirms you are a real person with a working email and mobile number. It usually takes a minute or two — and if something does not arrive, or you typed a detail wrong, you can fix it yourself right from these screens.
Email Verification
Skip this section if you used Google Sign-In — your email is already confirmed.
We send a code to your registered email
It usually lands in your inbox within a minute.
Check your spam or junk folder first
If the code is not in your inbox, it is almost always in spam. Look there before anything else.
Enter the code on the verification screen
Codes expire, so enter it soon after it arrives.
Nothing arrived or it expired? Tap “Resend Code”
A fresh code is sent. The button becomes available after a short countdown.
SMS Verification
We text a code to the number on your account
It must be a mobile number — SMS cannot be delivered to a landline.
The code arrives by SMS, usually within a minute
Make sure your phone has signal while you wait.
Enter the code on the verification screen
Tap “Resend Code” if yours has expired.
Nothing arrived or it expired? Tap “Resend Code”
A fresh code is sent, the same way as on the email step.
Typed the wrong email or number?
Both verification screens show a “Change” link right next to your email or phone number. It returns you to your account details — already filled in — where you can correct your email or phone number and save. Verification simply starts again with the corrected details, so you can fix a typo yourself without contacting support.
Important
Landlines will not receive SMS codes. If you entered a landline, use the “Change” link and switch to a mobile number. Mexico (MX) and US numbers are supported.
Frequently Asked Questions
I entered the wrong email — can I change it?
Yes. Use the “Change” link next to your email on the verification screen. It takes you back to your account details where you can update your email, save, and we’ll send a fresh code to the new address.
Can I use an international number?
Mexico (MX) and US numbers are supported for SMS verification. The number picker defaults to Mexico.
My code expired. What do I do?
Tap “Resend Code” on the verification screen to get a fresh one. It becomes available again after a short countdown.
I still can’t receive the SMS code. What should I check?
Confirm the number is a mobile (not a landline), that it has signal, and that you typed it correctly — use “Change” to fix it if needed — then tap “Resend Code.” If it still does not arrive, reach out through the contact page and we will help you get verified.
