How "Works With" Works
The "Works With" section appears on your public seller profile and shows other Vendoralia sellers you have connected with professionally. It is one of the most underused features on the platform — and one of the most powerful for building buyer trust.
What Buyers See
When a buyer visits your profile, they see a grid of sellers you have connected with — their photo, name, and primary skill. Each connection links to their full profile.
→ You are part of a professional network, not an isolated freelancer
→ Other professionals respect you enough to be publicly associated with you
→ If the buyer needs multiple services, your network might cover their full project
How It Works
Mutual — both sellers must accept the connection for it to appear on either profile
By invite — invite another seller from the Team section of your settings by their email, or with the "Invite to team" button on their profile
Subscribers only — both of you need an active subscription to connect, since only subscribed profiles are visible
Immediate — once accepted, the connection appears on both profiles simultaneously
Removable — either seller can remove the connection at any time
Who Should Be in Your Network
Good connections
✓A wedding planner you have provided catering for
✓An electrician you bring onto your remodeling jobs
✓A corporate lawyer you refer clients to for contracts
✓A colleague from a previous job who is now also freelancing on Vendoralia
Connections to avoid
✕People you have never worked with, invited just to fill the section
✕Friends or family members who are not relevant to your professional work
✕Sellers in completely unrelated categories whose presence would confuse buyers
Best Practice
A seller with 3–4 visible team connections looks established. It signals that other professionals trust them enough to be publicly associated. Aim for at least 2–3 connections before considering your profile fully optimized.
Important
Only invite people you have genuinely worked with. Your connections' profiles are visible to any buyer who visits your team section — their quality reflects on yours.
